{"id":232,"date":"2021-09-24T20:00:00","date_gmt":"2021-09-24T19:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/theslowboatbuilder.wordpress.com\/?p=232"},"modified":"2021-11-20T11:11:17","modified_gmt":"2021-11-20T11:11:17","slug":"the-longitudinals","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/hpwd.co.uk\/theslowboatbuilder\/index.php\/2021\/09\/24\/the-longitudinals\/","title":{"rendered":"The Longitudinals"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Having completed making the bulkheads, it is time to cut out the Longitudinals which form 2 internal \u201cwalls\u201d bow to stern and will hold the bulkheads in place while planking the hull.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Unlike the bulkheads, the plans do not include a full size drawing to provide the shape.  Instead there are a set of dimensions to give points along the hull curve.
